I'd sacrifice so much to this altar of gluttony. What a mountain of a woman! She's totally lost her figure, rounding out in every way possible. Even her arms are growing chunky rolls, her fat nips are poking through her sweater, and she has absolutely no interest in stopping her donut feast.
I must say though, I note that on the left, she's so fat she breaks out of the frame, but on the right, she's constrained by it. I figured it was an intentional effort to make it look like she's too fat for the sequence now, with the panel even seeming to be forced apart at the bottom by her hefty hips.
