...its meh new character ...i didnt really name her yet... i have another picture that a character design that looks like 1000 timez better than this but i felt like coloring this 1st... YEAH

[EDIT] it just kinda looks like shes pointing at something so at 1st it was "I CHOSE YOU!" then my sister said something about pokemon ....so thats why i named it PIKACHU I CHOOSE YOU!
