Hey, remember this guy who appeared in Escape from Cluster Prime for maybe 3 minutes or so?? Well by some twist of fate he's become one of my favorite MLaaTR characters, I've developed a lot of headcanons for him... Oops!! I agree. A most intriguing character. Have been trying to learn his name...assuming he had one.
The headgear is interesting. It's like a shako hat, worn by dragoon cavalry & high school bands. I theorize that it's supposed to be evocative of militarism, like the Napoleonic empire, or the Prussians...just as Smytus' elite soliders are meant to remind us of conquering (German?) troops
