Powers: telepathy, mind manipulation, matter manipulation (limited), dream manipulation (others), telekinesis (oblivious to most of the time)

Info: William is more of a medium personality to Bill Cipher and his Reverse Will. He's smart and a smart ass as well as easily offended and hurt, he's still a bit of a sadist and Masochist but it's not really obvious, he is a triggered bipolar and can snap from being smug to being sad or even arrogant and angry. He's manipulative and a adorable possessive boy all in all

Fun facts:
> his family visited Gravity Falls on the first day of Weirdmagendon and got stuck in the barrier for three days
>because he was already subseptibal to magic and weirdness he ended up being the entrapment for Bill
>both Ciphers are in his head and constantly over ride his thoughts
>Bill is more talkative than Will
> William moved to Gravity Falls a year after after this incident and was homeschooled do to becoming "ill" on in off in-between that time
> he completed the whole Highschool curriculum in less than a year
> he's not very friendly but he can easily make friends purely on observations of people and figuring out what they like
> his mood swings are more constant around Mabel and Dipper
> he occasionally "forgets" the pines family names and refers to them by symbol
> when Mabel and him first met Mabel started hitting on him
