Based off the design for Add from Elsword. Accelerator's Ruler form possesses two Noble Phantasms derived from his abilities.

Wings of the Awoken: Based off his White and Black Wing forms.. Accelerator can conjure up wings that instantly molt into black feathers which fly around viciously. Each feather, when touched, causes all the vectors on the touched object to instantly implode into one point.. creating a black hole that Accelerator can shut off at will. Because it can only make existing vectors do this instead of just creating nonexisting vectors, this Noble Phantasm's effect can be negated by simply not moving as the feather touches you.. and then moving when it has seized touching you.. by far, this is very difficult however, as their has to be absolutely no movement, and the slightest movement like breathing can create vectors enough to do internal damage with a living thing.

Belt of the Crippled: Based off Accelerator's choker, this belt cannot be active for any longer than 30 minutes, and allows Accelerator to use his original Esper abilities, and use them even more potently at that, being able to even control magic based vectors. However, thanks to Accelerator's first noble phantasm, and his increased power and durability as a servant, the 30 minute time limit is no longer a weakness, and instead, merely another weapon to add to Accelerator's arsenal.
