I guess when you have been doing it for a while it sort of comes naturally. This is stunning. The lighting and the way the hair is caught in the wind. I always see a lot of movement in your work. The highlights on the lips and eyes are awesome. Well done.

Reference is always a logical step within the learning curve. Needing a reference is greatly understandable, but often people rely on references too much and forget that they're there only to help you learn; not as a default cheat sheet.

This is really great... really. The lighting and structure of the face are great, but I really like the subtlety in skin tone as you get down to the shoulders and torso.
