the artist's block cleared itself and inspiration hit.at 10 PM last night.
so i just had the need to whip something up before my mind eluded me again thus the creation of this piece. finished around 6 AM, i spent too much time trying to decide what she's going to be holding. i triend baloons, a watergun, a machine gun, a sword and whatnots; tried out different stances and arm positions, for hours, and finally decided on what you're seeing now.
well, good people, i do hope you enjoy, and please excuse me for my... eccentricity, today, because i practically didn't get any shut-eye last night. and i don't fancy a swing... i think i'd fancy a swig more.

I agree with other folks on the ribs. From the thumb view, I could have sworn that that was another breast. *cough*
The pose she's in is so...so intimidating and inviting at the same time. Like she's telling you to get your ass over there whilst she promptly knocks your noggin off. I got a little confused on the perspective of the feet though. That's a tad odd.

Ha ha, the strange ribcage and feet placements are because her whole body is bent backwards like a C. Don't worry about the extreme perspective; just think of it as her being suspended in space or something.

Well, its nothing that kills the drawing. But her breasts are awfully high on the torso. And the ribcage, its a little too off to the side. Like I said, nothing you can't fix, but it does look alittle creepy..

well, you should have noticed from the tilted ribcage; the position of the shoulders and the high, tight collarbones; the placement of the breasts; and the overall perspective of the upper torso that the spine is bent backwards, like a C with its back towards the viewer. and the horizontal axis of the shoulders also shows that the upper torso is slightly drawn deeper on the left side, where the ribcage is exposed. that's what made it look 'off to the side', because it is drawn from the side, not entirely frontal.
