Slyva was afraid of this, but she didn't think it would hurt. Lynn didn't want this at all... her little Lynn...She got down onto the ground and held her arms out. "Come here lynn.." the small blue wyngling walked into her paws, still crying and refusing to look her in the eyes.
"It was an accident, I didn't want this to happen so soon.."
she could tell that her daughter didn't want to have a new baby in the house... but she could understand that mistakes happen, right? "Mommy did something bad, a-and the egg was an oopsie baby... Like what aunt Kirras had. Y-you remember her telling me, right?"

She tried to explain as best as she could that the new baby would never replace Lynn. She could tell she was going to still hurt. "L-lynn I swear I would never replace you! You are still my b-baby, a-and you always will be!" She didn't notice she was crying until a drop fell onto Lynn's head. That seemed to get the little one to look up at her mother.
"I love you, and I will never stop loving you... Every one of you kids matter to me, and if someone were to take you away... well I would be heart broken..." Slyva pulled Lynn into a hug, not so much to reassure her child but more to help herself calm down. "Please always remember that, okay my little lynn?"
