From Gundam 0083, the "MS-21C DRA-C" is a mobile suit manufactured by the Zeon remnants of the Deller's Fleet using the upper body of the mobile suit ZAKU. It was supposed to be a simple mass-produced MS using scrapped parts, but it seems to have been used for quite a long time until later years.
