Basically keep up with a well-balanced diet. Eat your fruits and vegetables! Stay active, preferably by doing something you like so you'll stick to it

The pose is nice but the lighting on your face makes you look very very tired with rather unflattering smudges under your naturally lovely eyes. The stockings are adorable though, and might I just say I bet you can't walk more then 20 feet in those shoes without feeling the urge to say "Ow". Nice photo overall.
