Description
To celebrate a new episode, here is Zuko.This took much longer then I expected, because I just couldn’t decide on what hair and clothes he should have… there are so many! So I decided for something kind of in between, with the clothes neither over nor underdressed and with two different types of hair. There are other versions of this painting in my galery.
This was all done on Photoshop. I painted everything, with the exception of the pattern drawing of the clothes; that I got from [link] .

This is wonderful... Zuko is definitely one of my favorite Avatar characters...you've really brought him to life. The patterns on the clothes are so intricate and well-done...I feel like I could reach out and touch and feel the silk and satin.
And his hair..is amazing.

Wow. I must say your picture is a rose amongst the thorns in many attempts to make anime characters realistic. I haven't seen no others with such skill; there is always something wrong with the others such as misproportioned facial features and anatomy, some would just turn a refference into their character hoping that the resemblance would be recognised out of the most prominent "added on" features, which are usually quite weak compared to the rest of the picture.
With your picture however everythings perfect.
On critisizm however, which is probably negligible because of how much your picture actually resembles the real character. I think the hair should be a leeetle less pouffy and more lanky and longer, it should stick out less on the sides (at least in my opinion).

It's really lovely, and you did an amazing job on his face and the clothing folds. The only thing you may want to think about later, is the proportion of his arms (thickness wise) to the rest. For some reason, the folds of the cloth seem to make his arms seem far to thin for the rest of his body.
It's very nice, but it seems like his arms just drop off far sooner than they should. (Yes, I realize the pointy!shoulder things make the perspective odd, but ..yes..something about the arms...)
