The SMG4 gang joins Meggy on her favorite rooftop to reflect upon the year and all the wacky adventures they had. From Mario getting his PINGAS stuck in the door, to Meggy triumphing in the final Splatfest and saying a final goodbye to Desti, to SMG4 having his YouTube account stolen by SMG3, 2020 was another big year for SMG4. And that's not even mentioning the other accomplishments SMG4 made this year. Meta Runner had its second season this year, and it was INCREDIBLE. And I cannot WAIT to see what Meggy's own series is gonna be like!

2020 was also a big year for me, because I made my debut here with my fan comic. That was the first major project I've ever worked on in my life. That was the first time I ever sat down and decided to MAKE something. I consider the story of the Rewind Ritual my child, and although I've put Meggy's past life behind me, I'm leaving that comic up, because I'm proud of myself for putting in the time and effort to make that.

But it wasn't all happy fun times. 2020 was, without question, the most difficult year of our lives. So many people were lost. So many people lost their jobs. So many people have had their lives turned upside down by this virus. But despite all the hardships we faced this year, we still pulled through. As SMG4 says in this comic, we should remember the lessons this year has taught us and keep our heads held high as we move forward. A new year is on the horizon, and while things won't magically get better overnight, we can certainly start making things better. Happy new year, everyone. See you all in 2021.
