Just a random idea I had a while agoThis story takes place five years before the events of GMD, Emerald is fifteen, but has recently officially become a mortician after her mentor "left" his business.
She one day found Ratigan badly injured and unconscious in an alleyway near her house and decided to take care of his wounds.
Why?
