Okay, so first I wanna say that this IS NOT mine, but the accont that made the meme was aparently deactivated, so I choose one meme and clean him, so that other people could do this meme as well ^^!!!!Anyway can use it that wants too, but I would appriciate if you would link back to this one if you do.

I would say Sai. Photoshop may be what professionals use but it's very complicated, and you can only use the Undo button once. In Sai, the brushes and pen have a much nicer look. It's also VERY fun for coloring and way easier.
