And Sakura don't hit Sasuke because they not really that close as she is with Naruto, I mean he is her BEST friend, she hit him because sometimes he is a perv LOL
But anyway, I don't think Sakura "loves" Sasuke, I think that she likes and care about him, but love him? I don't think so.
And about Naruhina, I don't think Naruto loves Hinata, it's kind of weird because he barely speak to her the entire manga/anime.
