The diverging plaque upgrades a slow speed aspect (20 MPH) to a diverging speed aspect (25 MPH).The diverging aspect rule doesn't apply to the following aspects: Restricting, Medium and Limited.
A.R.O.R Standard Speeds:
Normal: As posted on speed limit plaque
Limited: 45 MPH
Medium: 30 MPH
Diverging: 25 MPH
Slow: 20 MPH
Restricting: 15 MPH
