This is just a WIP work I've been recently drawing. C: I'm still debating on the name and everything so I still have no idea but she's a new charrie of mine, hence she's undeveloped at the moment.She deals with ice, hence I'm trying to give her that icy kind of design but her color scheme is still pending. ;3
