I'll try not to be too harsh, but I tend to be anyway... 
So, what I like in this pic, is mystique. Everything from why the raven is there, to what's inside the cupboards, to the expression on her (your?) face. Everything raises questions, and that mystique and depth is something I look for in a picture.
I also like the angle from which it is shot.
The problem, however, is that the setup is so obvious. The kimono is props, the kasa (umbrella thing) is props, and the raven is a stuffed bird. Even if I'm wrong about these things, that is what it looks like, and it takes away the illusion.
Still, it's a pretty damn good picture ^^

2 months in Japan? Do you speak Japanese? Which place/s did you go to?

I spoke a bit of japanese before I went, but since japanese people speak japanese in the 200x speeded-up-unclear-japanese way, I forgot everything whilst I was there and started talking english. They're kinda good at it, these days ^-^
I spent them in tokyo, travelling around town 
GOSH now I want to go back even more ._.

Ah yeah, fair enough. I didn't get far talking French when I was in France for the same reason. Although reading signs and menus and such was some good practise at least. But the reading/writing aspect of languages I think is a lot easier, for me at least.
