Damn, I haven’t posted in a very long time. I guess it’s all due to being back at uni. Man, I’m tired >_<
Anyway, I decided to make yet another Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure character. This guy isn’t much beyond a concept, though I made him to encapsulate everything I like to draw in one OC. Details such as a school uniform, wearing a hat, having heavily Japanese inspired elements, having strange hair and being a young, crazy school boy. Basically, a character that oozes the signature style and ideas that I associate with my artwork.
His Stand is inspired by a design I made on a Picrew creator. I really, really liked it, so I figured I’d use it. As for the name, it’s taken from the Puscifer song ‘The Undertaker’ which is a song I cannot stop listening to at the minute.

Here’s some of what I have planned about this character:
His name is Shigure Kurogane. He’s 17 years old and attends high school as a student. He’s very quiet and distant, keeping to himself and is not really a social type. To onlookers, he appears to be meek, agitated and awkward. Though, when pushed he can also become rather ruthless and unstable. He’s a bit of a negative person, and doesn’t see too much good in the world. Shigure seems to have a fascination with the idea of ‘desires’ and always wants to know a little too much about the people around him. Especially why they have desires and how they’re going to go through with them. This is connected to his stand. He’s also homosexual and wants to find his true love. Due to this, he views himself as a very lonely and worthless person. Though, he can also be very intelligent and calculating. Shigure’s weapon of choice (when not using his stand, of course) is a tiny kitchen knife, which he uses to further his stand ability. His favourite symbols are broken hearts, which his design is decorated in. Shigure is an OC for no particular Jojo season or part. I will end up using him for any part I wish or even simply none at all. (He’s also up for friends and shipping if anyone has any single Jojo OCs)

His Stand: Shigure’s stand is called The Undertaker. It’s a close-range, natural humanoid stand, which takes the form of a distorted human figure, wearing a kimono and hakama, with multiple arms and tentacles. It’s ability is to make anyone it cuts with the tips of its tentacles (or Shigure’s knife) become obsessed with their inner desires. This causes the stands victim to commit anything and everything to bring their desires into fruition, with little to no thought or common sense. A kind of possession, if you will. When cut, their wound transforms into a heart shape. This signals when the ability has taken hold. It’s stats are; Range: C, Speed: A, Durability: B, Precision: C, Development Potential: D. It’s name is taken from the Puscifer song, The Undertaker (from the 2007 album, Don’t Shoot the Messenger).

So, that’s my new Jojo OC concept. If anyone has any more ideas for him, I’m open to listen. And if anyone wants to discuss OCs in the comments, I’m also open ^_^
