helloi got a scanner for christmas and i wanted to test on how well it picked up pencil compared to marker pen, so this has been scanned up to photoshop and need a couple of touch up points as you may find.
this character is a random one i have no intention of using her or write a life bio for her.
i would like some comments on things that could be improved or is at a good level. im not bothered about the clothing shes wearing but more her face, proportion, eyes , hair and use of colouring.

Well just looking at it; The shading's pretty good and the eyes and hair came out quite well.
The shape of her face is a bit off though (unless you're trying to draw a particularly young character, of course). You need to change the angle of the cheeks a bit more. Basically the shape of the head from the front should be a circle with the jaw drawn on it. The jawline should start coming down from the widest point of the circle and then start tapering in even more roughly parallel with the mouth or base of the nose if that makes sense.
