In this au, Jay ward (creator of rocky and bullwinkle) created the original peachfuzz back in the early 60s, then suddenly Jay begin putting peachfuzz away for a long time. After peachfuzz found out his friends are popular than him. He felt upset, since the reboot exists, he change, how can he change? Just a bit of TV magic static ^^'. He quit his job and became a "her". And became part of the S.H.H agent.
