(UT SPOILERS AHEAD!)Day #5 of lemurcat on DeviantArt’s 30 days of Undertale challenge adapted to my friend and I’s AU Mesatale.
Whoo time for a lot of explaining
So Azian being Asriel is a hugely related to one of my headcanons, in which instead of Azian dying, (Technically, it never showed her dying but Valve maybe just made her for dramatic references) she was hired by G-Man. The G-Child (Remember her?) was the one who forced Azian into it by constant pestering, and Azian was eventually hired. So in this case she would be Asriel because G-Man is Flowey.
Now onto the bases of her and Eli. Eli is Toriel, but here we’re implying that it was his wife that died instead. (Do not fear, Alyx fans, Alyx is very fine and will appear as another character in Mesatale.) So like I said before, I’m not making a messed-up ship or shipping Eli with whoever Asgore will be.
