Part 2 of my Pride Month Pieces, Emery and Caren! The sweetheart salespeople <3I’d love to describe the meaning of the flags they’re wearing for anyone who doesn’t know, so here we go! Keep in mind that I’m not speaking for the community themself, but I’m describing the unique experience of these people. Everyone has a different way of experiencing their own life, and it’s important to remember that!
Emery (They/them) is Non-Binary and Biromantic. For them, Non-binary means they do not feel they are within the male-female gender binary and identify using they/them. For them, being bisexual means they feel romantic, sexual, or emotional attraction to men or others who identifies as Non-Binary. They’re currently in a relationship with Caren!
Caren (They/them) is Non-Binary and Pansexual. For them, being Non-binary means they do not feel they are within the male-female gender binary and identifies using they/them. For them, being Pansexual means they experience romantic, sexual, or emotional attraction to anyone regardless of their sex or gender identity(ies). They’re currently in a relationship with Emery!
