NOTE! This is OMEGARUNE!Lancer, so not any of my other AUs or incarnations. Yes, Broken Rune!Lancer will get a redesign soon, but this guy has a completely different aesthetic and is not my global interpretation for Classic Lance. Onto the other stuff;
This is Snowy! I designed him today, he's OMEGARUNE!Lancer, and he originally appeared in an old design to the left of Ralsei here .

Snowy is the Prince of Spades who freely roams around The Phantom. He's upbeat and carefree and looks up to his parents a lot. Before the disappearance of the jester, Jevil Harlequin acted as a babysitter of sorts for him. After the events of his insanity, Snowy seeked nostalgia in the other Royal Jester, Seamus. Seamus does not mind Snowy around, as long as he's not messing up their shop, which Snowy does often. Seamus strongly dislikes this, but Snowy's father does not mind, claiming that "He may do what he pleases."
Snowy was orphaned at 2 years old. A strong storm had hit his family's Dark World, resulting in the death of his family. He lived and foraged for himself until he was six when The Phantom was created, merging the Dark Worlds, he was taken in by the Spade Royals who promptly named him Lancer then proceeded to raise him. They also assigned him a babysitter for when they were too busy to take care of him properly, which happened frequently. The babysitter, Rouxls Kaard, is now good friends with the prince and the two are now practically inseparable. However, Snowy sees almost everyone in The Phantom as a parent for no reason.
He's especially clingy to Ralsei for some reason, calling him either ‘Mister Papercuts’ or ‘Rusty Snuff’.
Nobody actually knows why his left hand is all robotic. Some theorise it was an attempt to become a cyborg and some come to the conclusion that he’s just a robot spy. He denies all of these theories, casually brushing it off or tossing around accusations to joke with people. Nobody but him actually knows why it exists.

- Seamus, Ralsei, Rouxls, a lot of other Darkners (Platonically, sees 90% of The Phantom as a parental figure)

- Electrocution (Not to him, he likes electrocuting other people)
- The Legend (Can listen to Ralsei talk about it for hours on end)

- Kris (Platonically, bothers them a lot for no reason)

- Storms (They scare him)
- Mean or ‘Boring’ people

Extra notes:
He wears his hood often, (It has a neck ruffle like King’s) it isn’t actually attached to him but it’s also very expressive of his face as a cartoony detail, so add that when drawing him if you want!
He can conduct electricity through his fingers, and can use magic Spade attacks taught by his parents.
His left ear is burnt, no one knows why.
