interesting,
i'd say it's shot during daytime (too much light on the water for it to be night)
and then darkened a lot,
then turned b/w and tinted green and yellow at the right mix
that's how i would do it i guess

I just know lately in ohio it's been snowing, warming, raining, flooding. And this reminded me of that. Even though floods are known to be bad, they can still be beautiful. Perhaps Im just more optomistic than I care to admit?

I like the darkness in this picture, but I feel the outline of the buildings take away from the feeling of "apocalypse". Perhaps you could look for an angle that has little in terms of background, but the same tone?
