Out of Ursula's friends, Otis is her biggest target to tease, so she went the extra mile. One day, a freak rainstorm appeared out of nowhere. Immediately, Ursula provided Otis with a raincoat and began to transform, only to purposely stop midway and offered him to hold her, or rather her legs and feet. Immediately, Otis realises that this entire situation was caused by Ursula (why she stopped mid-way, the identity behind the raincoat, and even the sudden rainstorm) and was overwhelmed with mixed emotions and questions that his mind broke.
