I'm assuming you used the Adobe Flash program...? I'm just getting into animation, and can only just barely manage a half-decent animation with a stick figure as long as I include five kajabillion frames. I don't know about any special tricks, or techniques, or anything like that, but it takes a heck a lot of time and effort just to make a character move and blink without being rushed or choppy. I haven't even fathomed coloring animations yet.
Knowing this, I have the utmost respect for this little gem here, short and seemingly simple as it is. Animation is not easy. And this looks great.

It's characters from this show me and a few of my friends were working on. It's five of them, so you wouldn't have to change poses that much. If I uploaded a picture of their designs, told you were to place them and sent it to you, would you do it?
