Okay, as promised here are the coloring tutorial.Nothing much and I hope it helps.
Feel free to ask me anything and I'll be getting back to you ASAP ^^ I dont bite
I guess I've explained almost everything there, so, do read thoroughly..
*This tutorial is for SAI-user and more for tablet-user..

Um, a question: Can you open JPEGs, such as line art, and color them in SAI? Or must the files originate from SAI?

Im pretty sure that yes, you can.
SAI even open/save in PSD format, which helps a lot ^^
You shoul try it sometime, its really worthy it

ano.. i want to ask.. what if i don't use tablet? because i usually draw in my paper and scanned it... i don't have tablet.. >,<

this is a great tutorial! i really like how you explained how to shade, since i've been having some troubles with that. i will most certainly use this the next time i do some shading :3

Ummmmm... Right click on an empty tool space and select pen. it'll put the pen tool there.

hmm, just to contrast the lighter colour Im about to paint, If the backgroud is white, its kinda hard to know how bright is the colour Im painting..

its the most bottom layer, and yes, deleted when I doesnt need it anymore ^^

how much is SAI? I use photoshop elements right now, but this looks much better for digital painting.

SAI? the official version price are around USD20-30$ Im not sure of the exact amount, but its quite cheap..
and I do say its very good for beginners..
