Nice. That green is really good here, and I think you've captured Noir's character quite well. He really does look like he's glowing. His face and his head are probably some of the best features of the whole picture there - really nice stuff. I like how you've taken Hussie's style and interpreted the shapes he gives us with Noir in your own way.
My only real nitpick is that dangling arm. I know, I know, Hussie does draw him posed like that, but it seems a bit weird here, and I think his sword with its bloodspatter on it would've been a neat contrast to all the green.
