I guess it gives you experiences/emotions/sensations you can't obtain anywhere else. it is like a drug to you, it takes you away from this reality into another which you can enjoy, where everything is different. it's an escape
well this is just me guessing around
it is great to have a passion like for anything. I just can't find a passion like that that works for me...

lolz. Hey, my sis has tons of Shonen volumes in Japanese too. But I didn't see any manga I usually read...strange...I could've sworn she had some ENGLISH ones...:/
I wanna see the little Conans on the spines of the books if you know what I mean~ I don't need to see the ones before 30, cause I just got 29 today, and I already have 28, and I've read every volume up to 29. Well, I'm not done reading 29, I just got it awhile ago today.
There's another spider by Conan...there was a spider on the spine of another volume in the 20s...One of the ones between 24-28. I know it's not 28 though. Is Conan afraid of spiders? :/

My japanese Shonen Jumps are in my living room, so they're missing here...
And I don't own all Conans, mainly because the manga is waaaayyyy tooooo loooong for me to collect. So I'll just collect the ones that has the most interesting cases.
I don't think that Conan is afraid of spiders, maybe the mangaka just likes to draw them?

I read shojo, shonen, action, humor, adventure, cooking, drama, ecchi, fantasy, historical, music, mystery, one shot, romance, school life, shounen-ai, and supernatural. ...um...I should've just said alot of kinds. XD

Shojo, shonen, action, adventure, mystery, drama, scifi, horror, historical, one shot, romance, shonen-ai, fantasy, doujinshi, yaoi (sometimes), supernatural, mecha, school life... and that's pretty much it. xD My faves are Case Closed/Detective Conan, Ranma½, Tanemura's work and Nightmare before Christmas. <3
