...why does every one draw Fluttershy with humongous breasts?
I don't understand the appeal of having large breasts in general (might have something to do with the fact that I'm gay, but that's just a guess. XD), but in humanized MLP art, it's pretty much always the same...
And no, I'm not really looking for an explanation for this fact. It's just something I'm wondering about and it could easily be answered with a simple "Because the larger part of the fanbase likes it this way and has gotten used to it.".

I don't like big boobs either, I like my women to be more flat-chested, but I think it suits Fluttershy.
I've always pictured her as a really shy girl who happens to have large breasts, and she's really complexed by those, so she tries and hide them (and she can't with a bikini).
That's my interpretation of her.

Yeah I wonder this too. I think it's become some sort of a typical addition to anyone who draws her as a human. I did it unintentionally as well. I think it sticks like how Twilight almost always wheres some sort of shirt.
It's probably just stuck because the fanbase don't mind it.
