No, it's true. UK Cup sizes use up the entire alphabet. For some reason, American sizes sort of stop at D, going on to DD, then DDD, DDDD, and so on - when really
DD = E
DDD = F
DDDD = G, and so on.

I could have sworn that there were three conventions for bra size. U.K. has the very reasonable entire alphabet, America has the double D, then there is another area that uses triple D. But if you look at this chart: www.85b.org/bra_conv.php its more complicated than even that.
