When reading mad magazine I came upon a very strange coloured page for once.

I have had trouble finding coloured depictions of old spy vs spy, so i think this was my pass to make him. Blue and red was also introduced in the video game so i made Rafa!

Rafa is a skilled but lazy spy of the Blue HQ. He spends most of his time sneaking off and going away to do something else but work. He doesn't even know why they keep him employed, but he straightens out once they're at his door and threatening to fire him. He has a disdain for other spy HQ's, but doesn't complain when pretty women are involved. He's sleazy and has received many slaps to the face, he's actually a little afraid of Sparrow because of this, but he just doesn't seem to give up. He's very emotional deep down, and is unsatisfied with his life, but he jokes and keeps to himself to hide whatever's going on in his head.

I headcanon all the spies being able to speak spanish, but i thought it'd be funny to include something that reflects his personality ^^
