I never thought I would see a kid friendly production from Stupid Buddy Studios (the same people who made Robot Chicken), but here we are. With that being said this show isn't too bad. First of all it always impresses me when I see things that are completely animation through stop motion and this is no exception. The animation is quite smooth and lively which they use for some entertaining driving scenes and some well done slapstick and visual jokes. It isn't Aardman or Laika, but it still looks pretty good for what it is. The characters aren't too bad either. Buddy and Darnell honestly make a pretty good comedic duo for the most part. They can get a bit overwhelming or annoying at times, but when the jokes work they work quite well. Muncie works well as the voice of reason for the two and is a quite well defined character herself being a hard working girl who could easily hold her own in a fight. While their are a decent amount of other interesting characters in this show some of my favorite side characters have to be Sheriff Cannonball and Deputy Hoisenberry. They have a nice contrast which leads to a quite good comedic effect with the sheriff being a stubborn and hotheaded hardcase and the deputy being naive and gullible. The most important part of this show is the humor though and the jokes are honestly a bit hit or miss, but the ones that work are easily able to overshadow the ones that don't because the jokes come at you fast enough that you would really only remember the ones that work. Yeah. While I can definitely see that this show wouldn't be for everybody I will say that if you are in the mood for a decent comedy then you might want to at least give it a shot.
