Darn Fabric.com for being Fabric.com! Both of my transactions with them have not been great, though the first was definitely the worse of the two. I really don't want to order from them again though!

Was it a while ago? Their customer service seems better since they did the move or whatever somewhat recently. Now whenever they mess up or I want a return they just let me keep the fabric and refund me. They also frequently have minky sales for like $10 a yard and a lot of colors. ~_~ They aren't the best, but they aren't the worst either.

The first one was a long time ago, but the most recent time was not the best transaction either. One of the fabrics I ordered was out of stock and I either had to have them cancel the whole order or send me what was left and wait for a refund. There was no option to just substitute a fabric or wait for the fabric I ordered to be restocked. At least this time I didn't have to file a claim with paypal to get my refund, but I'm sure my strongly worded letter about how ridiculous it is to make people wait 10 days for a refund through paypal (I waited longer before, hence the claim) helped with that this time. Honestly, the second experience wasn't that bad, but having both times I've ever ordered with them have something go wrong definitely makes me more than hesitant to ever try again.
