So i'm sure nothing I'll say will be original due to the massive amount of feedback you've already received on this photo - but here I go 
This blows my mind. Amazing architecture and those hot pink lights are crazy! You chose the perfect angle to shoot from, picked the right background to fill in the rest of the shot and wow - that moisture on the ground makes all the difference!

I hope I crawl out of this hell hole someday and go out shoot some pictures of the big towns. *sigh* Oh well, great stuff man, the pink neon bench, someone put some hevy thought into that, I love it, the exposure was perfect, the lighting and angele great, reflections shining. This is perfection in my book, and I will fav it just because it's a great shot
