no I don't think of her as a woobie/misunderstood or something in that category. I think she has a cool color scheme and design, she reminds me of Firecraker Burst(??) one of the Hasbro toys at first.

Love the wing arc adds so much to the pose of Lighting Dust about to take off. At first I thought Lyra's color scheme had a baby with Spitfire's color scheme

Eyeup, me too - I hope we will see her later again. The best may be a situation in which she is looking for some revenge but eventually she changes herself and reconciles with the rest.

Trixie and Gilda are built on their antagonism (though Magic Duel gave a little more depth to Trixie); Lightning Dust becomes an antagonist as a result of her reckless competitiveness, which makes her more relatable, imo. I also like her design - nice work on the expression especially!

I still have a slight dislike towards Magic Duel, i know Trixie is corrupted but she doesn't seem like it, and how Twilight reacted when she first saw Trixie in that episode, I was expecting more of a confusion, Twilight gave more of a "Long time no see Old Enemy"

I don't like Trixie as "misunderstood" either; she's just a braggart. I enjoyed some of her silliness in Magic Duel though ("torturing" Rarity with tacky clothing, forcing Snips and Snails to drag her around in a wheelless chariot).

Gilda has potential for a return, one video says that she has two sides and the one that Dash knows gives her a two dimensional personality. I think Lighting Dust could work too.
