Okay, newest NazBol flag for Japan.

For those who know their flags, you may ask where's the wheat bundle in the typical Japanese Gear and Wheat Bundle? The Wheat Bundle to me made the rest of the symbol asymmetrical, so I opted to use the Gear. And also have it be red as a nod to Japans Red Sun flag.
