Junior steps on her to be honest, figuratively and literally. He's literally almost as tall as she is long and is 15,000 tons in weight. Not to mention, he has far more impressive durability feats such as being plowed through buildings and crushed by the 15,000 ton aaggerate Destoroyah
...and that's not even factoring in the atomic breath, which could pretty much obliterate Ramarak with one shot. Don't get me wrong, she was tough for an animal, but she was still noticeably fazed by machine gun rounds, and took nasty damage from a rusted boat propeller.
Junior's got this in the bag.
