Hey! I purchased one of your other bases a while back, and I use paint sai (the newest version). How would I change the line color? I've tried searching, but haven't found any good results.

Just look above the layers and you'll see options to preserve opacity, make a clipping group/layer, or make the selection source--
All you have to do is preserve the opacity of the line layer, then color right on it! Make sure to unlock the opacity after you're finished.
You can also make a layer above the line layer, then make the new one a clipping group! That lets you color with more freedom.
