Description
At the National Constitution Center in Philly during our DC trip, there are statues of all the signers in different posers, and we noticed that one was in such a pose that you could slowdance with him in the way his hands were held out. It was really funny. This is ***** hence I smudged her face out for privacy purposes... ... ... ...NO that is NOT me....! ><
