So, I learned about a year ago that Aladdin is actually set in China, in the original story.

So while I'd love to tell you that this is Jasmine and Mulan, I'm not going to. It's Jasmine and Badroulbadour.

I drew this a year ago, and just recently worked on it again. I hesitate to say that it is finished, because I feel like I should be incorporating some sort of background into my work, which, as of yet, I've really avoided.

Admittedly, when I drew this, I didn't to much research into what Princess B would really wear. So, since Jasmine isn't wearing something historically accurate, why would Badroulbadour?
