Ok.I was bored so I stuck this toghther.. *cough*.. OK..OK.. I was just having a fun time looking at the girl and started sticking parts to her. ^-^;
It's not really the best.. I tried to blend things together.. dropped a few shadows and what not, but it's a nice try anyway (I like the wire hair!).

sorry I'm late, not unusual for me with people who use my stock but it gives me chance to look at all the comments people make. I really like the puncture parts myself. Where di you get the nlood stock? And the hair IS neat!

Wow, I really like this piece a lot! You'd done an excellent job with her, and a lot of it looks extremely realistic, like the raised skin where the pipes are going into her collar. The blood's very well done too, and you'd selected good parts to stick to her. Looking at her red eye makes me genuinely feel uneasy, and that's what's so great about the photo! I'd say the hair looks a little PIXAR, but nethertheless you've done an AMAZING job here!

For some reason I didn't like the thumbnail, but the fullsize picture is quite ok. Weird.
For the eyes, and also nails, not very good.
All the remaining stuff is perfectly ok, I don't really manage to see why he does not feel integrated into the picture, because I didn't find any obviously wrong problem in shading or light direction.
Perhaps the problem come from the fact that the girl is a real one (photo), while things like mouth piece and wires are computer graphics. Problem of grain perhaps ?
So probably if you manage to filter the source photo by removing skin grain, and also put some futuristic background (metalic door frame in a lighted space ship corridor ?) instead of that white wooden door, then it would probably fit together a lot better. Also remove that ring on the finger, or put some more technoid thing on it (same for ring on the ear).
But well, good work anyway !

good idea - but you need to work on it more, to make it look as if the parts are there, and not stuck on. The red eye needs changing, it does not appear to be round! I think the main problem is the colours are all over the place, sort this out and it will be pretty damn good.
