Carol and Hate sure go way back.Hate appeared in Carol's life around a decade and a half ago.
He despised her at first. Hate was based on someone she came across on the internet. Someone truly hateful, just like his name implies.
Not only that, but Carol had the word Hate in her username back then too, meaning Hate was a part of her.
For a few years, Hate would constantly try to remove all hope from Carol's mind, a true pessimist. It was tiring for her.
Jump to half a decade ago, Carol successfully caught Hate while he was challenging her as usual. But that day was different.
Carol looked him in the eye, and told him that she understood.
She saw him, and she knew he was hurting.
Hearing Carol say that, Hate was brought to tears.
He was simply young, and scared.
When he was aware that she finally gets what he's going through, they shared a big hug.
From that day on, they were friends instead of enemies.
