This has to be the best "sketch" action I have seen in a while.
I mean, sure, it still doesn't look like actual drawing, but it is far closer than many I have seen.

Don't worry about it.
After giving this action a shot, I do have a suggestion to give it that little extra kick.
Here is what I did to give it a fairly realistic shading effect.
Make a greyscale image, lower the saturation just a little bit, then run a crosshatch filter at length 5 - sharpness 11 - strength 1. The last step really depends on the size and resolution of the image, so I think it would be good to put a stop there. Anyway, I then placed the image from your current action over the shading layer and set it to multiply (to kill the white).
If you would like, I can post the result so you can judge before you actually make any changes.

if the image was less quality it will not work with it & in this action i like it be simple

Actions are things you do in Photoshop. Like using a Filter, Setting a layer usw. What kind of things are you doing in this aciton?

every thing, but most thing the blend mode & adjustments layers
i don't use filters so much but you can have great effect with them
you can see tutorials for Photoshop in youtube it's help so much

Neat filter. The effect was a little faded for the image I tried it on, but this was easy to work around by duplicating the image layer a few times and setting the blend modes to multiply. At any rate, great work
