Alrighty, following up Truly Rich is Mr. Filthy Rich himself. He is one of my favorite characters in the show, which probably explains why I'm making an animation around him. I'm a slow animator so it'll take me a couple months, but now that I've figured Flash out and have some free time because of Summer I'm getting rolling.
