Clopuff’s shiny which is based on some draws of clouds (which range from white to light shades of blue), the fact that clouds are evaporated water (to which water is blue in parts of the world) and colors are inspired by other Pokémon shinys (which some go from blue to pink, so why not do pink to blue?) :3
