Chibi Sailor Moon Eternal Form

The 1st of the Eternal Sailor Senshi Forms.

Next will be Sailor Mercury.

This took me a few hours to make as I was originally trying to record myself drawing her, but OBS kept making PaintTool Sai lag, which happens sometimes and I can usually fix, but this did not want to fix, so I didn't get to record it. (I probably should have started recording them when I made the 1st Chibi, but I didn't think to, and didn't record any until I made Diana yesterday. Diana had no issues recording thankfully, I just have to edit the video to make it sped up and add music to it before I can upload it to my YouTube.) I did enjoy making this. This isn't the final Chibi Sailor Moon for the series, but it also kind of is in terms of the forms Sailor Moon has, (Normal, Super, Eternal). There's still Sailor Cosmos, Neo Queen Serenity, Beta Sailor Moon, (theres like 2 beta designs I've seen that I want to make Chibis of), and I might make Chibis of the Sailor Senshi in their Civilian Forms, so Chibi Usagi.
For this Chibi Sailor Moon, I did try another different style for her twin tails. I tried to make the ends curl like the manga artwork has. It was a little hard getting that drawn out. The wings were a little bit hard to sketch out, but were much easier to line. I used references from 3 different medias, (manga, 90's anime, and the upcoming movie.)
I do like how she turned out.
