Description
"No Matter What" is the third and last piece of my trilogy "In Between Two Swans".
"What is opposite is reconciled, from the things in contrast the most beautiful harmony is born, and everything is generated by way of contention." So wrote the Greek philosopher Heraclitus in 500 BC.
His concept of harmony was not so far from Eastern thought.
The opposite and contrast together with complementarity and harmony, are in fact the key principles for understanding the meaning of Yin and Yang.
According to Chinese philosophy, the two opposite poles can coexist in a harmonious endless cycle.
Duality is the basis of Chinese thought which sees the universe as a continuous merging of forces which, balancing each other, give life to the whole world.
So in the end I couldn't resist and made these abstract thoughts a real trilogy, a tribute to Yin and Yang ancient philosophy. I fell in love with the embrace of the two swans.
What's in between them so? Probably all the energies that move the universe! In the end, the fears of the black swan are precious to the white swan, and his solace is her strength. ♥
