Yeah I remember that episode. I know that realism isn't what Samurai Jack is known for(for good reason) but him wearing sandals always kinda bugged me because it always struck me as odd that for all the death defying stunts he does those things never fly off as if they're held on with some kinda super space glue. I mean I've run in flip flops before and it's not easy to keep those things on or keep from landing nose first onto cold hard concrete.
Although I find it funny that in the episode his sandals break and he replaces them with(among other things) a pair of sneakers that fly off his feet from a mere step.

I wear flip flops all the time. xD
mine I can run in because they are snug to my feet.

Thank you. As for the shoes I wanted to give him moccasins because it always weirded how he jumped and fly around without those things flying off. The shoes kinda had mixed results though.

You know thinking about my previous comment about his sandals being impractical, it kinda implies an attempt at realism. For a show as awesomely crazy Jack "realism" might as well be a dirty word.
